A new role as landlord

Inherited a home you’re not ready to sell?

A family home can mean much more than bricks and mortar. We give you space to talk through your plans and understand the practical work involved in letting it.

Moving in together?

If you are keeping your own flat or house, we can help you plan its first let and decide how much day-to-day management you want to handle.

Moving away but keeping your property?

Explore a practical route to letting, with local management support when you cannot be nearby.

Three steps to your first let

01 · Understand your options

Start with a free conversation about your property, timescale and what you hope to achieve. We explain our service and agree whether a detailed review is the right next step.

02 · Get ready to let

With an agreed scope, we review readiness and put together your personalised First Let Plan: priorities, who handles each task, estimated preparation costs and next steps. Estimates are clearly distinguished from confirmed quotes.

03 · Find tenants and manage

Choose support with marketing, tenant selection and tenancy setup, with ongoing property management if you would like it. The work included is agreed with you before we start.

Choose the support that suits you

Help me get started

Preparation and tenant-find support, followed by a structured handover if you want to manage the property yourself.

Handle it for me

Preparation, tenant-find and ongoing management, with an agreed scope covering the work you want to hand over.

Clear scope, clear fees
Your initial conversation is free. Detailed reviews, preparation, tenant-find and management are quoted separately according to your property and the work agreed. No work starts until you approve the scope and fees.

A few questions before you start

Do I need to decide now?

No. The initial conversation is a chance to discuss what you are considering and ask questions, without committing to appoint us.

What should I bring?

The property address, your preferred timescale, any information about its condition and a list of questions. Tell us what is still uncertain.

What does the First Let Plan cover?

The preparation identified in our agreed review, responsibilities, indicative costs and a suggested order of work. Property-specific permissions and specialist advice may need to be resolved before a let can proceed.
